Aidha is a non-profit organization that empowers migrant domestic workers and low-income women in Singapore to achieve greater economic independence through financial education, wealth-building, and entrepreneurship. The organization offers training in money management, communication skills, computer literacy, and entrepreneurship, helping women build confidence, develop practical skills, and work towards long-term financial security and self-reliance.

AWARE (Association of Women for Action and Research) is a leading women’s rights and gender equality organization in Singapore. It works to eliminate gender-based barriers through research and advocacy, education and training, and support services. Through its CARE services, AWARE provides case management, counseling, legal information and referrals, befriending, and other forms of assistance to women in need. The organization also promotes inclusive and equitable workplaces through its corporate training arm, Catalyse, which works with organizations to foster diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all.

Caritas Singapore is the official social and community arm of the Catholic Church in Singapore and a member of Caritas Internationalis, a global confederation of more than 160 humanitarian organizations. Through its network of member organizations, Caritas Singapore supports a wide range of vulnerable and marginalized groups, including low-income individuals and families, rough sleepers, children and youth, survivors of family violence, older persons, people who are ill or terminally ill, prisoners, low-wage migrant workers, persons living with HIV/AIDS, and individuals with physical, intellectual, or mental health challenges. Through social services, community outreach, advocacy, and capacity-building, Caritas Singapore works to promote dignity, inclusion, and social justice for those in need.

Centre for Domestic Employees (CDE) is an initiative of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) established in January 2016 to support migrant domestic workers and their employers in Singapore. CDE provides a 24-hour toll-free helpline, advisory services on employment matters, free legal clinics through partner organizations, and referrals to training opportunities. It also conducts outreach and awareness programs to educate domestic employees and employers on their rights, responsibilities, and obligations, and carries out Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) Interviews on behalf of the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to support worker welfare and protection.

EmancipAsia is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating human trafficking through awareness-raising, advocacy, and community empowerment. The organization works with communities, businesses, and individuals to increase understanding of trafficking in persons, promote prevention efforts, and encourage collective action against exploitation. Through education, campaigns, partnerships, and capacity-building initiatives, EmancipAsia seeks to strengthen anti-trafficking responses and empower stakeholders to play an active role in ending human trafficking.

Foreign Domestic Worker Association for Social Support and Training (FAST) supports migrant domestic workers in Singapore through skills development, welfare assistance, and advocacy. The organization offers training courses in areas such as cooking, baking, infant and elder care, nursing care, computer skills, English language, stress management, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. FAST also operates a 24-hour hotline, a Befrienders Clubhouse, and a Humanitarian Assistance Fund to support migrant domestic workers facing financial, medical, or personal difficulties. In addition, it provides free mediation services and pro bono legal assistance to help workers resolve employment-related disputes and access justice.

Good Shepherd Centre (GSC) provides a safe haven for women and children fleeing family violence, migrant domestic workers who have experienced abuse, and women who have been trafficked for sexual exploitation in Singapore. The organization offers a range of services, including shelter and recovery support, case management, legal assistance, livelihood and job placement support, counseling, and reintegration assistance. GSC is one of two non-governmental organizations appointed by the Singapore Government to provide victim care and support services for women who have been trafficked into Singapore.

Hagar Singapore is part of the global Hagar network, which works to restore the lives of individuals affected by human trafficking, slavery, and abuse. In Singapore, Hagar focuses on awareness-raising, advocacy, fundraising, and the provision of restorative care for trafficking survivors. Survivors identified and referred by the Singapore authorities receive comprehensive support services, including trauma-informed counseling, legal assistance, case management, literacy and skills training, and support for reintegration. Hagar is one of two non-governmental organizations appointed by the Singapore Government to provide victim care services for trafficking survivors. The organization also assists survivors in returning to their home countries following legal proceedings in Singapore and works with local partners to provide continued education, economic empowerment, and reintegration support to reduce the risk of re-exploitation and promote long-term recovery and self-sufficiency.

HealthServe, founded in 2006 on Christian values, is a Singapore-based organization dedicated to supporting the health, well-being, and rights of migrant workers. It provides medical and dental care, counseling, casework support, social assistance, and practical services such as free meals, subsidized transportation, and emergency financial assistance. HealthServe operates a community medical and dental clinic in Geylang and, in 2019, launched a comprehensive mental health program to support the emotional and psychological well-being of migrant workers. Through its integrated services, advocacy, and community outreach, HealthServe seeks to improve the quality of life and access to support for migrant workers in Singapore.

Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics (HOME) is a non-governmental organization in Singapore dedicated to empowering and supporting migrant workers who experience abuse, exploitation, and other forms of vulnerability. HOME provides crisis intervention, shelter, legal assistance, case management, and other support services, while also offering education, skills training, and empowerment programs to improve migrant workers’ well-being and employment prospects. In addition, the organization promotes the voices and experiences of migrant workers through community outreach, advocacy, research, and public education initiatives aimed at advancing migrant workers’ rights and social inclusion.

ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR) is a Singapore-based non-profit initiative established in 2015 to improve the lives of migrant workers by fostering greater integration and understanding between migrant workers and the local community. Supported by more than 1,000 volunteers, IRR delivers a wide range of programs and services, including English language classes, first aid training, social and recreational activities, and community engagement initiatives. Through these efforts, the organization seeks to build meaningful connections, promote inclusion, and enhance the well-being of migrant workers in Singapore.

Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Singapore is part of the global Jesuit Refugee Service, a Catholic organization dedicated to accompanying, serving, and advocating for refugees, migrants, and other displaced and vulnerable populations. In Singapore, JRS supports efforts to combat human trafficking and labor exploitation through awareness-raising, advocacy, and collaboration with local and regional partners. The organization provides psychosocial support, referrals, and empowerment programs for migrant workers and trafficking survivors, while its LEAP@JRS initiative promotes digital education and skills development for displaced and at-risk individuals. Through community engagement and a network of volunteers, JRS Singapore advocates for the dignity, protection, and inclusion of migrants and refugees, and supports efforts to strengthen long-term solutions for vulnerable communities.

The Law Society of Singapore serves its members and the public by upholding an independent legal profession, promoting the rule of law, and enhancing access to justice. As part of its commitment to ensuring access to justice for vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals, the Law Society operates a Pro Bono Services Office, which provides legal assistance and support to those who may not otherwise be able to afford legal representation. The Office has supported trafficked persons, including clients referred by organizations such as Hagar, by providing basic legal education on their rights, the Singapore legal system, and court processes, helping them to navigate legal proceedings and make informed decisions.

Migrant Workers’ Centre (MWC), established in 2009, is a bipartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). As a non-governmental organization, MWC promotes fair employment practices and the well-being of migrant workers in Singapore. Its services include temporary shelter and food assistance for workers awaiting the resolution of employment disputes, legal aid and referrals, and advice and assistance for migrant workers seeking remedies against unfair employment practices. MWC also conducts outreach activities, community engagement, advocacy, and public education to raise awareness of migrant workers’ rights and welfare issues.

Project X is a Singapore-based organization that supports women in the sex industry through counseling, practical advice, peer support, and educational programs. The organization provides case management and assistance to sex workers who have experienced violence, abuse, or other forms of vulnerability. Project X also operates two community centers that serve as safe spaces where sex workers can access support services, connect with community workers, and discuss issues affecting their well-being, rights, and livelihoods.

Singapore Inter-Agency Taskforce on Trafficking in Persons (TIP-TF) was established in 2010 to coordinate a whole-of-Government approach in addressing TIP issues. The TIP-TF is co-led by Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Manpower, and comprises representatives from Attorney-General’s Chambers, Singapore Police Force, Immigration and Checkpoint Authorities, Ministry of Law, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Social and Family Development and Ministry of Health.

Transient Workers Count Too (TWC2) is a non-profit organization that promotes the fair treatment and rights of migrant workers in Singapore. Its work is broadly divided into advocacy and direct services. Through its advocacy efforts, TWC2 raises awareness of issues affecting migrant workers and promotes policy reforms to improve their working and living conditions. Its direct services include casework support, medical and healthcare assistance, legal aid and referrals, financial assistance, and other practical support for migrant workers facing exploitation, workplace disputes, injury, or hardship. Through these activities, TWC2 seeks to ensure that migrant workers are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.

United Women Singapore (UWS) is a local non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women’s empowerment and gender equality in Singapore. The organization works to build a strong pipeline of women leaders and advocates through education, awareness-raising, and community engagement. UWS promotes gender equality by addressing issues such as violence against women and girls, women’s empowerment, and equal opportunities for leadership and participation. Through advocacy, public education, youth programs, and partnerships with various stakeholders, UWS seeks to create a more inclusive and equitable society for women and girls.

World Vision Singapore is a Christian humanitarian, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, families, and communities worldwide.
