Centre for Domestic Employees (CDE) is an initiative of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) established in January 2016 to support migrant domestic workers and their employers in Singapore. Hagar Singapore is part of the global Hagar network, which works to restore the lives of individuals affected by human trafficking, slavery, and abuse.
